Learn by doing. Lead through service. Be ready when it matters.

Cadet Corps Alliance is a boy-focused Scout program following the time-honored traditions established by Lord Robert Baden-Powell of Gilwell. Cadets learn outdoor skills, teamwork, self-discipline, citizenship, and leadership through real meetings, outings, and patrol responsibility.

Four programs. One path of growth and service.

B

Beaver Cadets

Ages 4–6

Our youngest Cadet Scouts learn through simple activities, friendship, nature, and service in a Beaver Cadet colony.

C

Cub Cadets

Ages 7–11

Cub Cadets build confidence, useful skills, and readiness for the Boy Cadet troop in a Cub Cadet pack.

S

Boy Cadets

Ages 12–17

Boy Cadets camp, hike, cook, serve, advance in rank, and lead through the patrol method in a troop.

R

Rover Officers

Ages 18+

Rover Officers train, coach, supervise safety, and provide the adult leadership that helps youth-led units succeed.

The patrol is where Scouting becomes real

Your patrol is your main team. You camp, hike, cook, compete, and solve problems together. Youth leaders run the program in normal operations, while Rover Officers train, coach, supervise, and take responsibility for safety.

Adventure

Camping, hiking, nature, swimming, fishing, backpacking, and high-adventure opportunities.

Leadership

Cadets learn to follow, serve, plan, teach, and lead through offices of responsibility.

Service

A Cadet looks for the next useful job and becomes the person others can trust.
